2 cups sugar
1/2 cups oil
2 eggs
4 cups apples, diced
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp baking powder
Combine sugar, oil, and eggs. Add apples and nuts. Stir together and add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool
I bought a recipe book from one of the stores in Apple Hill. This was back in the 80′s. One of the
recipes had an apple cake cooked in a sheet pan. I lost the book & am wondering if this one is it?
